You agree to the following Terms & Conditions, each time you book a Session with Art of Heart Photography:

1. You acknowledge that all digital files are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. All Copyrights to Edited and Unedited Images owned and reserved by Art of Heart Photography: this includes and not limits to the use for promotional purposes, show case on Website Portfolio and Social Media.
3. The Unedited Images in Preview size are not to be edited or/and published on Social Media and have limited use: only for private viewing and choosing Your Final Collection.

4. All Edited Images are provided to you with a ‘personal use, royalty free, perpetual licence’. You are free to print your photos and make copies of your images.

5. All Edited Images are not to be changed in any fashion : Instagram filters, Photo App filters etc.
6. Art of Heart Photography will keep Private all your personal information you provide.
